New to yoga and not sure where to start? Returning to your practice after a long break? This course is for you.

This 4-week course allows you time to learn the common poses you’ll see in many classes and learn how to tailor them to your body.
The course also includes an introduction to breathwork and meditation.
Course registration also gives you access to select classes (details given in week one).

Absolutely no experience necessary and open to any age.

Meditation Course

Have you been curious about meditation and mindfulness but not sure where to start or what type of meditation you enjoy? 

This four-week course will introduce you to several different styles of meditation, ways to incorporate it into your daily life, and explain the difference between meditation and mindfulness. 

$90 (members save 15%)

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga can carry us through so many of life’s stages and prenatal yoga makes a wonderful way to maintain your practice while growing your new bub. This class will be structured to keep the mother safe in her ever-changing body, while allowing space to move and connect to oneself. Finished off with guided relaxation and the opportunity to stay and connect with other expecting mothers.

*There is an option of attending casually for the casual class rate ($25/class).                                                              

Postnatal Yoga

Congratulations! This is a special time and we want to join you on the journey of being a new mum. Our postnatal program offers a range of options for whatever stage of post natal you’re at (newborn, pre-crawling, crawling). Get in touch to have a chat about which session would be best for you.
